A Georgian dish of leavened bread filled with cheese, and sometimes egg or butter, molded into regional shapes. The Imeretian form, filled with white Imeretian salted cheese, is the most widespread; the boat-shaped Adjarian version is topped with a raw egg yolk and butter stirred in at the table.
